After promoting our event for a week, we started to invite participants to their respective WhatsApp groups from 20th March, 2021 till the deadline of registration i.e. 12 PM of 23rd March, 2021.

1. 💮 ANIME QUIZ 💮
According to a hypothetical survey, there are almost 50% otakus in a classroom.
And it is a dream of otakus to take part in an event where all other fellow weebs can participate in anime games and all. So E'lectronique' organized an Anime Quiz as part of our annual two-day fest IMPRESIONANTE NIFE.
The game had 2 rounds:
Preliminary Round: It was held on 24th March, 2021 at 10 AM on Google Forms. It had 30 questions and participants were allowed to fill the form in only 15 minutes. And extra 1 minute grace mark was also provided and all the responses collected after 10:16 AM were not collected. From teams, only one participant was allowed to fill the form. The results of the Preliminary Round was declared in the evening and the top 15 participations were selected for the Finale Round. With this Preliminary Round was ended and we received good responses from the participants.

Finale Round: This round was held on a new online platform called kahoot.it. There were 25 Questions and all participants were provided 20 seconds for each questions. Each participant/team was present the question and they had to attempt each question at the same time. The scoring was done on the basis of the time taken and accuracy.

2. ✨ LOGO DESIGN CHALLENGE ✨
Creativity doesn't wait for that perfect moment. It fashions its own perfect moments out of ordinary ones. E'lectronique' organized a Logo Design Challenge as part of our annual two-day fest IMPRESIONANTE NIFE.
The Logo Design Challenge helped our Young Creators to showcase their talents to Everyone. The challenge itself was Hidden till the very end, it can also be said a On-Spot-Challenge.
The Event was under a time limit of 12hrs. i.e. 9AM till 9PM straight. A good brief idea was provided to all participants @9AM about the Challenge Instructions.

3. 🤼♂ STUMBLE GUYS 🤼♂
Battle Royale is a Series of Catastrophes which Result in Victory ✌️
The event held on 24th of March at 4 PM. It's a Fun Game played among 32 Players in a Lobby at the Same Time & then compete with each other for 3 Rounds inside the game to be Winner & hold the Crown.
We divided the Participants into 3 Teams which were handled by 3 Coordinators. This was a brilliant Event and even participants enjoyed a lot.
We got our Winners after 5 Continues Successful Matches of Each Team. The game was between the team members and after winning in each team.
After the Matches Scoring for Leaderboard:

⭕ Those who clearer 2nd Round : 20 Points
⭕ The One who cleared 3rd Round & became Winner : 30 Points

4. ♟️ BLITZ CHESS ♟️
The blunders are all there on the board waiting to be made ♚
The whole team was thinking of a game that can somehow showcase Genius Minds and yet be Unique. So, we unanimously decided to organize an Online Chess Tournament BLITZ CHESS via Lichess App.
At first, we were hesitant if we will get enough participants to make this tournament exciting, but to our pleasant surprise, we got 104 wonderful participations. We were overjoyed by this number and desperate to organize this tournament. But organizing a tournament of matches between 2 opponents at once with 104 participants was a tough grind.
It was D Day i.e. 24th March 2021. We were all pumped up for this tournament. On the previous night, we already had sent a message of Rules and Execution of the game along with the link of the Lichess App, a video, and Knockout Fixture to all our participants to make sure that our participants know their respective matches and are fully prepared for the games.
The Basic Execution plan was to create a Google Meet link, call 2 opponents according to the fixture, ask one of them to create a link for the game and the other to present their screen. For Qualifiers, we have given them (3+0) 3 min for each participant with 0 min increment ( to save some time).
We decided to run matches for 2 Quarters Parallelly, so we could finish the Tournament on time.
We created meeting links at 4:45 PM and sent them to participants and the match started at 5 PM for Quarter 1 & Quarter 2. With the best skills of our coordinators, we finished the matches for Quarter 1 & Quarter 2 at 6:15 PM. And we got our Winners from 1st Quarter as Anirudh Kumar and 2nd Quarter as Aryan Maheshwari who made it to the Semi-Finals.
Matches for Quarter 3 & Quarter 4 started by 6:15 PM. And after very amazing matches, we got our Winner from Quarter 3 as Kshitij Khugshal and Quarter 4 as Gaurav Arya.
We were now on our Semifinal Matches with our 4 Semi Finalists. Here we have extended our game time with (5+0) Anirudh VS Aryan and Gaurav VS Kshitij. After 2 Fierce Battles, we got our 2 Finalists as Aryan Maheshwari and Kshitij Khugshal.
And here we were on our Final Match. Aryan VS Kshitij. The battle between 2 Bests and no one ready to lose, what a wonderful match it was going to be. After a Deadly Match, showing the ultimate respect for the game Aryan here resigned & here we have Kshitij as our Winner. Aryan may not have won the match but he indeed won our hearts.
With clever and fast moves, the pressure of Time and Great Opponents, along with our participants, we also had the great pleasure of this tournament. We as a country indeed have some brilliant talent in this game. Huge respect and best wishes for all the talents who participated in our tournament and who relish this game.

And like this the game proceeds for 5 clues with last clue password had the name of the society i.e ELECTRONIQUE.

8. 👨💻 ERUDITE GLOSSARY 👨💻
Grammar is a Piano 🎹 I play by ear, all I know about Grammar is its Power 🗣
This was based on such a unique concept and was so intriguing from the beginning. Taking forward the grammatical skills and vocabulary, it aimed at enhancing and examining overall English quotient.
The event basically took place in two rounds:-
Preliminary Consisting of 20 question in a time limit of 5 min. The top 15 contestants were selected from the first round as per their score to the next round.
Finale The top 15 contestants tried their best in the final round and the competition was so close. There were 15 questions with a time limit of 10 seconds for each question. The top three winners were selected on the basis of their score.
The tight competition, thirst to win and the enigma of the game, the supporters, enthusiasm, lively environment and sportsman spirit made the game a very memorable for all of us.
In short, it is wonderful for us to recall such an exciting event.
